Redaction guidance: remove PII, confidential client names, and sensitive pricing; mask contract IDs to last 4 characters if non-public; replace with stable anonymized keys; keep a redaction_log.csv noting field, action, rationale, policy basis. Maintain page counts and context markers in PDFs.
Questions for the author
Which appendix entries (datasets, scripts, parameter files) are sufficient for full replication without vendor access? Which sensitive contract fields require redaction versus aggregation to preserve utility?
